Research that changed the conversation.

Sarah-Louise Poole
Senior UX Researcher · Arlington, VA · Open to remote
I'm a UX research leader with about a decade of experience, most of it spent building research practices in places that didn't have one yet. I've managed small teams, set up the operational scaffolding that lets research scale, and spent a lot of time helping non-researchers feel comfortable with what evidence can (and can't) do for a decision.
Before UX, I worked in materials science, which is where I learned to be patient with complicated data and stubborn about what the numbers actually say.
